Notes:		'Rainbows' - there are now 5 groups for age groups of 2 year to school entry - Red, Green, Purple, Yellow and Orange. Attendance is fortnightly - i.e. Red, Green and Purple groups (week 1) an hour apart at 9.30, 10.30 and 11.30, Yellow and Orange the (week2 ) starting at 9.45 and 10.45. There are no groups in half term week, or school holidays.

• your child will not be able to attend the group 
• you have had an assessment (such as HEPAC, Audiology, eye testing, SLT, etc.) or a change in your NHS targets for Speech and Language Therapy.  Copies of these reports and Audiograms would also be greatly appreciated.
