Primary Schools - keep in mind that the teachers are just people like you and deserve your understanding BUT they have a legal requirement to educate and your child with Down Syndrome has the same  right to be educated as any other - this means the school (which means the head, class teacher and teaching assistants) are obliged to do their utmost to differentiate the curriculum for your child.
